oneGov 2.0 is Now Live

oneGov 2.0 is now fully operational, marking a major upgrade to the need around user feedback and agency insights, this latest version offers faster, simpler, and more transparent access to digital public services.

Developed and maintained by Tradenet, oneGov is the Maldives’ national citizen experience platform. Built entirely by a 100% Maldivian team, it centralises how citizens and businesses access government services—securely and efficiently—anytime, anywhere.

oneGov 2.0 introduces a clean, mobile-responsive design and powerful tools that improve the way users engage with public services:

  • Locker – Securely store and access official documents such as licences and permits, with QR verification and expiry reminders.

  • Wallet – Manage all your government payments in one place. Track payment history, view dues, and assign responsibilities.

  • Inbox & Notification Centre – Stay updated with alerts and reminders across all services.

  • Dashboard & Personalisation – Access your applications, documents, payments, and support messages in one view. Includes Dark Mode for visual comfort.

  • Guided Applications – Navigate services with step-by-step instructions, automatic checks, and a clear review before submitting.

  • Smarter Search – Find what you need faster with improved filters and more relevant results.

By simplifying how services are delivered and used, oneGov 2.0 sets a new standard for citizen-centred design in government.

A Smarter Workspace for Government

oneGov Workplace, the internal side of the platform, helps government staff process requests faster and more accurately:

  • Smarter Task View – See all the key task details in one place, with quick actions and a split view for efficient processing.

  • Advanced Filtering & Search – Locate tasks quickly with favourites, filters, and memory-based search.

  • Organised Workflow – Group tasks by status—Assigned, Unassigned, or Archived—for better team coordination.
